SALUD is a free program for LATINX Juniors who are interested in medical careers. This opportunity allows students to meet bilingual healthcare professionals, get college admissions and financial aid advising, engage with Duke University Medical School students, and more. Please sign up in the convocation area to attend the info session that is tomorrow at 9:30am in the cybrary. 4.)Health Career Academy will be held for juniors on Wednesday, November 7th from 4:00-5:30. 4.)Attention juniors and seniors: This is a reminder that Swarthmore College will be visiting CMA Today (Monday, Oct. 8th) at 11am. On Tuesday (Oct. 9th) both Duke University will be visiting CMA on 10:30am, and Winston-Salem State University will be visiting at 2:30pm. Sign up to attend a short information session with an admissions representative. Sign up sheets are posted outside Mr. Cardel’s door, and in the convocation area.
5.)Attention All Cobras! If you are interested in competing in HOSA and being a member, the entension deadline for the application and the money ends today! There will be a mandatory meeting this week on Wednesday October 10th from 4- 4:45 pm to discuss district details and to register for events. All HOSA members competing in Districts must attend the afternoon meeting from 4-4:45 on Wednesday. If you don't attend you will not be able to compete.

This is a mandatory meeting for all those planning to compete in Districts.
